Meet The pastor

Rev. Dr. Michael Peach

Pastor Michael, a Pennsylvania native, accepted Christ in college. Michael earned his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology in 2005 at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He was ordained in 2006. Michael earned his Ph.D. in New Testament at Gateway Seminary in 2013. He taught 8 years as an adjunct professor at Gateway Seminary and is currently teaching New Testament online classes for the Rhode Island Seminary Extension Center.

Before coming to FBCW in April 2019 Pastor Michael served in roles such as full-time youth pastor, child and adult Sunday school teacher, young adult and adult small group leader, and others. He firmly believes that discipleship through Bible study is essential for growing up the body of believers. Pastor Michael takes Christ’s command to make disciples seriously. He desires for people to know who they are in Christ and serve him with passion.

Pastor Michael and his wife Jennifer have been married for 20 years.  They met at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Michael is a huge Boston sports fan.  In his free time he enjoys playing golf and other sports, reading, watching movies, listening to music, and drinking coffee. ​
