Lead Pastor
Rev. Dr. Michael Peach
Pastor Michael, a Pennsylvania native, accepted Christ in college. Michael earned his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology in 2005 at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He was ordained in 2006. Michael earned his Ph.D. in New Testament at Gateway Seminary in 2013. He taught 8 years as an adjunct professor at Gateway Seminary and is currently teaching New Testament online classes for the Rhode Island Seminary Extension Center.

Before coming to FBCW in April 2019 Pastor Michael served in roles such as full-time youth pastor, child and adult Sunday school teacher, young adult and adult small group leader, and others. He firmly believes that discipleship through Bible study is essential for growing up the body of believers. Pastor Michael takes Christ’s command to make disciples seriously. He desires for people to know who they are in Christ and serve him with passion.
Pastor Michael and his wife Jennifer have been married for 19 years. They met at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Michael is a huge Boston sports fan. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and other sports, reading, watching movies, listening to music, drinking coffee, and walking Diva the family dog, a Welsh Pembroke Corgi.

Elder
Greg Mooradian
Greg, originally from western NY, is a lifelong Boston sports fan who moved to Connecticut in 2004 while on active duty as an officer in the United States Navy.
​
After leaving the Navy, Greg went on to work as a senior software quality analyst for the defense industry. He is an active member of the church Audio/Visual team and Church Safety Team.
On Sundays, Greg can typically be found in the sound booth or checking kids into the Christian Education Wing of FBCW. Greg and his wife Amy have been married for 12 years and have two daughters.

Elder
Bruce Lichtenwalter
Bruce comes to FBCW with a long service history of leading small group bible studies, singing with the worship team, serving as a greeter, and handling finances. He and his wife, Jan, have lived in Waterford since 2014. Bruce retired from the Navy and currently works for EB. He is also an instructor for newly hired employees and teaches ongoing training for electrical personnel in the Shipyard Test Organization.
Bruce enjoys outside activities as well as weekend outings with his wife. He can be found working on his car, splitting wood, and supporting his wife with her business.
